Newport Council for International Visitors is a community organization promoting global understanding through the exchange of ideas and shared experiences via education and people-to-people programs for international visitors and local residents.
By creating opportunities for free, open and respectful communication Citizen Diplomats advocate strongly for preserving the World in tolerance, health, peace and prosperity.


There is no better way to strengthen our bonds of understanding and friendship with other nations than through educational and cultural exchange.

Next Great Decisions & Education Series Event:

Our next Great Decisions & Education Series Event will take place on Wednesday, 26 April at the Portofino Restaurant/Ramada Conference Center, 425 East Main Rd, Middletown beginning at 6:00 p.m.

Professor Toshi Yoshihara, PhD will speak on the topic "Responding to Chinese Seapower."

Attendees are invited to arrive at 6 p.m. to mingle with others who share your global interest. The talk will start at 6:30 p.m. The event is free and open to the public.
